Dev Anand
Dharam Dev Pishorimal AnandĀ (26 September 1923 ā 3 December 2011), better known asĀ Dev Anand, was an IndianĀ film actor, writer,Ā director,Ā andĀ producerĀ known for his work inĀ Hindi cinema. Part ofĀ the Anand family, he co-foundedĀ Navketan FilmsĀ in 1949 with his elder brotherĀ Chetan Anand.Ā He is regarded as one of the greatest and most influential actors in the history ofĀ Indian cinema.
