Amy vents to Tyler that Kyle only offered to sell her the yard cheap to make himself feel better about leaving. She doesn’t want to let him off the hook. Nor does she want anything she hasn’t earned. Tyler helps her realise she deserves a break. Amy decides to stay in Erinsborough and make the yard her own and ‘The Handywoman’ is born.
