Phil goes undercover not far from Glasgow's busy city centre. In Giffnock, he's working with Dougie, whose three-bed home has Scotland's best state school on the doorstep. And in Uddingston, he meets Pamela and Ian, whose five-bed cottage is struggling to find a buyer.
